Returns and Refunds

This policy explains the return rules of LEANGEL VONIX INC for customers in the United States.
Return window
Call 654-654-9889 within 7 calendar days after delivery to request return authorization. Have relevant order and shipment information available, including the item and reason for the request.
Change-of-mind returns
A change-of-mind item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping for a change-of-mind return.
Do not send an item until return instructions and the return address have been confirmed.
Items that may be rejected
Items returned without authorization, after the window, opened, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or missing original contents may be rejected.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Call us within 7 calendar days after delivery if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Keep order and shipment information; photographs may be requested to review the issue. LEANGEL VONIX INC will cover return shipping for a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Shipping charges
For a change-of-mind return, original shipping charges are not refunded unless applicable law requires otherwise. For a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect item, applicable original shipping charges and return shipping are handled at our cost.
Review and refunds
Eligibility is reviewed after the returned item and relevant information are received. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Posting time may vary by financial institution. This policy does not promise a specific carrier, inspection, bank-posting, or refund-completion time.
